1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working at the time of delivery
  • You received a wrong product or wrong model
  • The product is missing accessories or parts

Return requests must be raised within [7 days] of delivery.

📌 Please note: The product must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Software, downloadable products, or activated licenses
  • Products without original packaging or serial numbers
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
    • A similar product, or
    • A refund

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For other approved returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Report it within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product

Failure to report within this time may result in rejection of the claim.
